- AITokenCalculator provides estimates of AI token counts and API costs for planning purposes.
- It is not a billing system, invoice, quote or financial advice. Real charges depend on your provider agreements, exact tokenizer output, retries and taxes.
- Provider pricing changes frequently. Your provider's official pricing page always takes precedence over anything shown here.
3 · No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Availability may be interrupted at any time.
4 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITokenCalculator and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including budget overruns, lost profits or data issues — arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service. You remain solely responsible for decisions made using these estimates.
5 · Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the hosting infrastructure.
- Don't scrape the site in ways that degrade it for others; the pricing registry is meant to be useful — just ask.
- Don't misrepresent the Service's estimates as official provider quotes.
6 · Intellectual property
The site's design, code and written content belong to AITokenCalculator. Provider names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification and reference only.
7 · Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use after changes means acceptance.
